立式储罐防腐施工的质量控制要点

大型立式储罐常用于存储气体和液体,但存储的气体或液体都对储蓄罐本身都有很强的腐蚀性。一旦发生腐蚀,就会导致罐内物质泄漏,给环境带来污染、财产造成损失。因此,做好立式储罐的防腐工作是延长储罐的寿命的基础保证。本文从立式储罐防腐施工的前期准备、涂料选择、环境控制、施工过程质量控制以及涂装技术质量要求等方面进行阐述,希望能够提高立式储罐防腐施工的质量和效果。

Large vertical tanks are often used to store gases and liquids.But stored gases or liquids are highly corrosive to the savings tank itself.Once corrosion occurs,it will lead to material leakage in the tank.Pollution to the environment and damage to property.Therefore,we should pay attention to the anticorrosion work of vertical storage tanks.In this paper,the preparation,coating selection,environmental control,quality control of construction process and quality requirements of painting technology for anticorrosion construction of vertical storage tanks are described.It is hoped that the quality and effect of anticorrosion construction of vertical storage tanks can be improved.
