对60例肾积水围手术期患者的护理体会

Nursing Experience of 60 Patients with Perioperative Hydronephrosis

目的观察整体护理干预双肾积水围手术期患者的细节护理干预的护理效果。方法选取自2016年1月至2018年1月于我院泌尿外科科住院接受手术治疗的双肾积水患者60例,所有研究对象通过信封法随机分组,对照组30例,应用常规护理干预方式,试验组30例,在对照组的护理干预上加以细节护理干预方式,观察两组患者的治疗有效率及术后感染发生率。结果护理干预后:①对照组的有效率:80%;试验组:96%;②对照组术后感染发生率:16%,试验组:0%,两组数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理干预尿路结石合并肾积水手术患者可有效改善患者的疼痛、排尿障碍等临床症状提高患者生存质量,减少患者术后感染发生率,临床疗效优异,值得推广。

Objective To observe the nursing effect of holistic nursing intervention on patients with double hydronephrosis during perioperative period.Methods 60 cases of hydronephrosis were selected from January 2016 to January 2018 in the Department of Urology of our hospital.All the subjects were randomly divided into two groups by envelope method and 30 cases in the control group.The routine nursing intervention and 30 cases in the experimental group were used in the nursing intervention of the control group.The effective rate of treatment and incidence of postoperative infection in two groups were observed.Results Nursing prognosis:①the effective rate of the control group:80%,the experimental group:96%;②the incidence of postoperative infection in the control group:16%,the experimental group:0%,the two groups of data were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with urinary calculi combined with hydronephrosis can effectively improve the patient’s pain,dysuria and other clinical symptoms to improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of postoperative infection,the clinical effect is excellent,it is worth popularizing.
