康莱特在老年中晚期胃癌化疗中的辅助作用

The Role of Kanglaite in Aged Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer Treated with Chemotherapy

目的探讨康莱特对老年中晚期胃癌化疗患者的疗效、免疫功能、生活质量及不良反应的影响。方法回顾性分析93例初治老年中晚期胃癌患者,研究组(48例)和对照组(45例),二组均进行常规方案化疗,研究组在常规化疗方案上应用了康莱特,观察二组的疗效、免疫功能、生活质量及不良反应。结果二组临床疗效比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),免疫功能及生活质量均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论康莱特虽不能提高老年中晚期胃癌临床疗效,但对免疫功能、生活质量及不良反应有所改善。

Objective To evaluate the impact of kanglaite on clinical efficiency,immune function,the quality of life and adverse reactions in advanced elderly gastric patients’chemotherapy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 93 aged patients who were first diagnosed with gastric cancer.48 patients who accepted the treatment of chemotherapy as well as kanglaite were included into the study group,while,45 patients who were only received chemotherapy were included in control group.Study the difference of clinical efficiency,immune fuction,quality of life and adverse effects.Results There was no significant difference in clinical efficiency(P>0.05),while,significant differences were showed in immune function,the quality of life.Conclusion Even though kanglaite can not improve the clinical efficiency of elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer,it did show improvement in immune function,quality of life as well as adverse reactions.
