天麻钩藤汤联合西药治疗高血压的应用与疗效研究

Application and Curative Effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with Western Medicine in Treating Hypertension

目的探讨天麻钩藤汤联合西药治疗高血压的应用与疗效。方法根据随机数字表法进行2016年2月至2018年2月90例高血压患者分成不同组。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组则给予西药联合天麻钩藤汤治疗。比较两组高血压用药疗效;血压监测结果达标的时间;治疗前后患者血压监测结果和生活质量;治疗不良反应率。结果观察组高血压用药疗效高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组血压监测结果达标的时间优于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组血压监测结果和生活质量相近,P>0.05;治疗后观察组血压监测结果和生活质量优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组治疗不良反应率和对照组无明显差异,P>0.05。结论西药联合天麻钩藤汤治疗高血压的应用效果确切,可有效改善血压水平,改善预后,无明显不良反应,安全有效,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application and curative effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with western medicine in treating hypertension.Methods According to the random number table method,90 patients with hypertension were divided into different groups in February 2016-February 2018.The control group was given western medicine,while the observation group was given western medicine combined with Tianma Gouteng decoction.The curative effects of two groups were compared,blood pressure monitoring results reached the target time,blood pressure monitoring results and quality of life before and after treatment,and the rate of side effects was observed.Results The efficacy of hypertension in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05;the time of blood pressure monitoring in the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05;the results of blood pressure monitoring in the two groups before treatment were similar to the quality of life,P>0.05,and the results of blood pressure monitoring and the quality of life in the observation group were superior to those of the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the side effects between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).C onclusion The combination of Western medicine and Tianma Gouteng decoction is effective in the treatment of hypertension.It can effectively improve the blood pressure level and improve the prognosis.There is no obvious adverse reaction.It is safe and effective.It is worth popularizing.
