CT诊断颅脑内肿瘤的价值与影像学研究

Value and Imaging Study of CT Diagnosis of Intracranial Tumors

目的研究分析92例颅脑内肿瘤的CT平扫及增强表现,探讨其诊断价值与临床意义。方法对20例手术和病理证实颅脑内肿瘤及18例肺癌脑转移的CT片进行影像诊断分析。结果胶质瘤42例,其中有6例为术后复发;肺癌脑转移18例;脑膜瘤6例;室管膜病8例;骨纤维异常增殖症4例;黄色瘤2例;小脑蚓部髓母细胞瘤2例。结论良性颅脑内肿瘤占20例,恶性占72例。CT在颅脑内肿瘤诊断中的作用是非常重要的。

Objective To study the CT scan and enhanced performance of 92 cases of intracranial tumors,and to explore its diagnostic value and clinical significance.Methods CT images of 20 cases of intracranial tumors and 18 cases of lung cancer brain metastasis confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed.Results 42 cases of glioma,including 6 cases of postoperative recurrence;18 cases of lung cancer brain metastasis;6 cases of meningioma;8 cases of ependymopathy;4 cases of abnormal bone fiber;2 cases of yellow tumor;2 cases of medulloblastoma.Conclusion There are 20 cases of benign intracranial tumors and 72 cases of malignant tumors.The role of CT in the diagnosis of intracranial tumors is very important.
