葡萄酒中农药残留检测的前处理方法研究进展

Research progress on the pretreatment methods of wine in pesticide residue determination

葡萄酒农药残留检测技术是控制葡萄酒中农药残留的有效手段,样品前处理技术的是否恰当成为制约农药残留检测试验是否成功的关键。本文对葡萄酒农药残留检测方法中常用的前处理技术进行了综述,主要包括液液萃取法、固相萃取法、固相微萃取法、基质固相分散萃取法、分散固相萃取法和分散液液微萃取法,以期为检验监督葡萄酒安全提供技术参考。

Pesticide residue detection technology of wine are the effective measures for scientific control of pesticide residue in wine,the quality of sample pretreatment technology is the key to the success of pesticide residue detection.In this paper,the research progress in the commonly-used pretreatment methods of pesticide residues in wine including liquid-liquid extraction,solid phase extraction,solid phase microextraction,matrix solid phase dispersion,disperse solid phase extraction and dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction were reviewed,which provided a useful reference for the measurement of pesticide residue in wine.
