甲基多巴与拉贝洛尔联合应用于妊娠期高血压治疗的临床效果观察与评价

Clinical effect of methyl dopamine combined with rabellol in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy

目的观察甲基多巴与拉贝洛尔联合应用于妊娠期高血压治疗的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将在我院接受治疗的72例妊娠期高血压患者分为实验组(n=36)和对照组(n=36)。对照组采用硫酸镁治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用甲基多巴联合拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗7d后收缩压(SBP)、24h尿蛋白定量、血流动力学指标水平变化情况,治疗期间不良反应发生率及分娩后新生儿情况。结果治疗后实验组患者SBP、24h尿蛋白定量、血管外周阻力及心脏指数均明显低于对照组,新生儿情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲基多巴与拉贝洛尔联合给药治疗妊娠期高血压有利于提高临床疗效,治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combined application of methyl dopamine and rabellol in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy.Methods 72 patients with gestational hypertension treated in our hospital were divided into experimental group(n=36)and control group(n=36)by random digital table method.The patients in the control group were treated with magnesium sulfate,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with methyl dopamine combined with rabellol on the basis of the control group.The changes of systolic pressure(SBP),24h urinary protein and hemodynamic index levels between the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and the neonatal situation after delivery between the two groups were compared.Results The quantitative SBP,24h urinary protein,peripheral resistance and cardiac index in the experimental group were significantly lower than in the control group,and the neonatal condition in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of methyl dopamine and rabellol in the treatment of gestational hypertension is beneficial to improve clinical efficacy and has remarkable therapeutic effect.
