多囊卵巢综合征女性内分泌激素水平分析

Analysis of endocrine hormone levels in women with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌激素水平变化情况。方法选取我院2014年8月~2017年7月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者50例作为观察组,并选取同期无多囊卵巢综合征且月经正常的健康体检者50例作为对照组,比较分析两组人员血清促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)及泌乳素(PRL)。结果观察组患者的LH、T、PRL明显高于对照组,E2明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而FSH两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者内分泌激素水平较健康女性发生异常,了解患者内分泌激素水平变化可为诊治该疾病提供参考信息,并可为研究该病发病机制提供依据。

Objective To explore changes of endocrine hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 50 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who were admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2014 to July 2017 were selected as the observation group.50 people without polycystic ovary syndrome and with normal menstruation undergoing health physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),estradiol(E2)and prolactin(PRL)were compared between the two groups.Results LH,T and PRL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and E2 was significantly lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in FSH between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Endocrine hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome are abnormal compared with healthy women.Understanding the changes of endocrine hormone levels of patients can provide reference information for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease,and it can provide basis for the study on the pathogenesis of the disease.
