中医临床护理路径在桡骨远端骨折患者中的应用

Application of clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with distal radius fractures

目的探讨中医临床护理路径在桡骨远端骨折保守治疗患者中的临床应用。方法我科于2017年11月~2018年11月共收治90例桡骨远端骨折手法复位夹板外固定患者,随机分为两组,每组45例,观察组行中医临床路径护理,对照组采用常规护理。结果观察组平均住院天数及费用、患肢肿胀消退及疼痛缓解时间、并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,且患者配合功能锻炼掌握情况、遵医行为以及满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医临床护理路径在桡骨远端骨折手法复位夹板外固定患者中的应用,可减少患者的住院天数,同时减轻患者的经济负担和医疗成本压力,降低并发症的发生率,改善患者舒适度,提高患者满意度和护理质量,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application of TCM clinical nursing pathway in conservative treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods 90 patients with distal radius fracture who were treated with manipulative reduction and splint external fixation in our department from November 2017 to November 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group underwent TCM clinical pathway nursing while the control group underwent routine nursing.Results The average hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,time of swelling subsidence of affected limbs,relief time of pain and complication rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The mastery of functional exercise,compliance behavior and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM clinical nursing pathway in patients with distal radius fractures treated by manipulative reduction and splint external fixation can reduce hospital stay,reduce the economic burden and medical cost pressure of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients'comfort and improve satisfaction and nursing quality of patients,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
