脑损伤导致的运动发育落后采取早期干预治疗的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of early intervention on the delayed motor development caused by brain injury

目的探讨在治疗脑损伤患儿过程中,采取早期干预治疗对运动发育落后的应用效果,观察并总结经验。方法选取2015年2月~2018年8月在本院进行诊治的脑损伤患儿200例,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(100例)和观察组(100例)。对照组采取常规育儿方式,观察组采取早期干预治疗,将两组结果进行比较。同时观察两组患儿Peabody运动发育量表评分、生活质量评分和家属满意度。结果观察组GMQ、FMQ、TMQ评分均高于对照组,观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,观察组家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期干预治疗对脑损伤患儿治疗过程中所起到的效果理想,推广价值高。

Objective To mainly explore the application effects of early intervention on the delayed motor development during the treatment of children with brain injury,and to observe and summarize the experience.Methods Two hundred children with brain injury who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to August 2018 were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group(100 cases)and the observation group(100 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine parenting while the observation group was given early intervention.The results of the two groups were compared.Peabody motor development scale score,quality of life score and satisfaction degree of family members were also observed.Results The GMQ,FMQ and TMQ scores of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group.The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction degree of family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention has an ideal effect on the treatment of children with brain injury and it has high value of promotion.
