针对性护理干预对预防PCI术后穿刺点渗血的效果研究

目的研究针对性护理干预对预防经皮冠状动脉支架植入(PCI)术后患者穿刺点渗血的效果。方法选取2016年11月~2018年3月我院行PCI术患者88例作为研究对象,按照护理方式的不同将其分为观察组(48例)、对照组(40例),对照组患者采用常规护理进行干预,观察组患者在此其基础上采用针对性护理进行干预,观察护理对两组患者PCI术后穿刺点渗血的效果。结果观察组患者对于护理的总满意度显著高于对照组,两组相较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后其焦虑评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在术后仅出现1例渗血较少患者,未出现渗血中等、较多患者,渗血总发生率2.08%;对照组渗血较少4例、渗血中等7例、较多2例,渗血总例数为13例,渗血总发生率32.5%;两组相较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预对PCI术后患者穿刺点渗血具有显著效果。

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing intervention on prevention of hemorrhage of puncture point after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 88 patients who underwent PCI in our hospital from November 2016 to March 2018 were selected as research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the observation group(48 cases)and the control group(40 cases).Patients in the control group were given convention nursing for intervention while patients in the observation group were given targeted nursing intervention on basis of the control group.Effects of nursing on hemorrhage of puncture point after PCI were observed.Results The total satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,there was only 1 patient with less oozing after operation,and no patient with medium oozing or more oozing,the total incidence of bleeding was 2.08%.In the control group,there were 4 cases with less oozing,7 cases with moderate oozing and 2 cases with more oozing.The total incidence of oozing was 13 cases,the total incidence of bleeding was 32.5%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing intervention has the remarkable effect on hemorrhage of puncture point after PCI.
