摘要
目的探讨集束化干预护理在新生儿肺炎护理中的价值。方法以2017年1月~2018年12月收治的88例患儿为研究对象,等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予集束化干预。对比护理效果。结果观察组临床症状消失时间低于对照组,护理有效率高于对照组,血气指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿肺炎患儿采用集束化干预护理,促进了患儿康复,提高了临床护理效果。
Objective To explore values ofcluster intervention nursing in nursing of neonatal pneumonia.Methods 88 neonates who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects and they were equallydivided into control group and observation group.The control group was givenroutine nursingwhile the observation group was givencluster intervention.The nursing effects were compared.Results The disappearancetime of clinical symptoms in observation group was lower than that in control group.The nursing efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the blood gas index was superior to the control group.There was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster intervention nursing for neonates with pneumonia promotes the recovery of neonates and improves the clinical nursing effects.
