1610例患者及家属心理健康状况及服务需求情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of mental health status and service demand of 1610 patients and their family members

目的对我地区1610例患者及家属的心理健康状况及服务需求进行调查分析。方法选取我地区2017年7月~2019年1月收治的1610名患者及家属作为研究对象,采用问卷调查法对患者的一般情况、心理健康状况以及心理健康服务需求等进行调查分析。结果调查显示,54.8%(882)患者及家属9项健康问卷(PHQ-9)结果显示存在心理问题。且在年龄、性别、婚姻状态以及学历、职业等分布上均存在较大的差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,对患者服务需求调查显示,约20.2%(325)的患者倾向于综合医院心理科进行治疗或咨询,患者对心理疾病治疗的隐私保护及疗效、费用等问题较为担心。结论我地区患者及家属的心理健康问题较为突出,应结合其心理服务需求,不断完善心理健康服务体制,以促进患者及家属的心理健康水平提升。

Objective To investigate and analyze the mental health status and service demand of 1610 patients and their family members in our region.Methods 1610 patients and their family members who were admitted and treated from July 2017 to January 2019 in our region were selected as research objects.The general situation,mental health status and mental health service demands of patients were investigated and analyzed by questionnaire survey method.Results The survey showed that results of Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9)in 54.8%(882)of the patients and their family members indicated psychological problems.There were statistically significant differences in age,sex,marital status,educational background,occupation and other distribution,(P<0.05).In addition,the survey of patients’service demands showed that about 20.2%(325)of patients preferred to being treated or accepting consultation in the psychological department of the general hospital.And patients were more worried about the privacy protection,curative effect,cost and other issues in treatment of psychological disease.Conclusion The mental health problems of the patients and their family members in our region are relatively prominent.It is necessary to continuously improve the mental health service system combined with the demand of mental health service to promote the improvement of the mental health of patients and their family members.
