民营企业财务风险研究——以海航集团为例

Research on Financial Risk of Private Enterprises——Take HNA Group as An Example

现如今,经济体制一直随着时间的变化而变化,民营经济也在这个过程中得到养分进而成长。但是,市场竞争环境并不容乐观,面对各式各样的因素,比如全球化的金融危机、同类行业之间激烈的竞争,现在国民经济的发展面临着很大的风险,很多民营企业都正面对亏损或是倒闭的问题。以海航集团作为研究对象,以其2016-2018年的财务报告作为研究基础,从财务风险现状,产生的原因和财务数据三方面对该公司财务风险进行分析,最后提出相应的建议。

Nowadays,the economic system has been changing with time,and the private economy has also gained nutrients and grown up in the process.However,the market competition environment is not optimistic.Faced with various factors such as the global financial crisis and fierce competition among similar industries,the survival of the national economy is now facing great risks.Many private enterprises are facing the problem of losses or failures.Therefore,our country’s private enterprises must have sufficient control of the current situation in their own enterprise management,so as to adopt scientific methods for governance,to avoid unexpected or significant financial risks,otherwise it will threaten the survival of enterprises.
