水工沥青混凝土中WG-Ⅱ温拌剂拌合工艺试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着国家对工程环保要求的不断提高,具有环保、节能、施工效率高等诸多优势的温拌混凝土将会得到广泛应用。本次研究以某沥青混凝土心墙堆石坝心墙用温拌沥青混凝土为例,对有机型WG-Ⅱ温拌剂在水工沥青混凝土的拌合工艺进行试验研究。通过对试验结果的分析,获得的最佳WG-Ⅱ温拌剂温拌沥青混凝土拌合工艺不仅可以为某沥青混凝土心墙堆石坝的温拌沥青混凝土拌制提供技术支持,还可以为其他类似工程提供有益借鉴。 With the continuous improvement of national environmental protection requirements for projects,warm mix concrete with many advantages such as environmental protection,energy saving and high construction efficiency will be widely used.In this study,the author by taking the warm mixing asphalt concrete used in core wall of an asphalt concrete core dam as an example,the mixing technology of organic WG-Ⅱ warm mixing agent in hydraulic asphalt concrete is studied.Through the analysis of the test results,the optimum mixing technology of WG-Ⅱ warm mixing agent warm mixing asphalt concrete is obtained.The research conclusion can not only be provided for technical support for warm mix asphalt concrete mixing of an asphalt concrete core rockfill dam,but also be provided for useful reference for other similar projects.
