摘要 目的:通过对10批次仙鹤草生品及炒炭品饮片的研究,分别建立其质量标准。方法:根据2015版《中国药典》的方法,对10批次仙鹤草饮片进行显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、水分、灰分和浸出物测定。结果:各产地仙鹤草样品在薄层色谱鉴定中,与对照品及对照药材在同一位置有相同斑点;暂定生品饮片水分不得过12.0%,总灰分不得过10.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过2.3%,醇溶性浸出物不得少于18.5%,水溶性浸出物不得少于15.0%;暂定炒炭品饮片水分不得过5.0%,总灰分不得过13.5%,酸不溶性灰分不得过4.0%,醇溶性浸出物不得少于14.5%,水溶性浸出物不得少于13.0%。结论:建立了仙鹤草生品及炒炭品饮片质量标准。 In this study we established the quality standard of 10 batches of raw/carbonized products of agrimony,respectively.According to the method in the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the 10 batches of agrimony decoction pieces were identified by microscope and TLC,and their moisture,ash and extract were detected.Through TLC identification,it was found that there were same spots at the same position of the control group and the samples from various producing areas.It was determined that the moisture content,total ash content,and acid insoluble ash content of the raw pieces should not exceed 12.0%,10.0%,and 2.3%,respectively;the alcohol soluble extracts and water soluble extracts should not be less than 18.5%and 15.0%,respectively.The moisture content,total ash content,acid insoluble ash content of the carbonized pieces should not exceed 5.0%,13.5%,4.0%,respectively;the alcohol soluble extracts and water soluble extracts should not be less than 14.5%and 13.0%,respectively.The quality control standard of agrimony decoction pieces had been established.
