摘要
目的:通过正交试验优选出大黄黄连泻心汤剂的水提取工艺。方法:以大黄素、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷的转移率为考察指标,HPLC测定大黄素、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷含量,采用L9(3^4)正交试验设计进行优选。结果:优选提取工艺:加12倍量的60%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选的提取工艺为制备大黄黄连胃漂浮缓释片的研究提供理论依据。
In this study we optimized the water extraction process of rhubarb-golden thread preparation by orthogonal design.Adopting the transfer rate of emodin,berberine hydrochloride and baicalin as the inspection indexes,we determined the content of emodin,berberine hydrochloride and baicalin by using HPLC,and the orthogonal test design of L9(3^4)was used to optimize the extraction process.The optimized extraction process was as follows:adding twelvefold 60%ethanol,reflux extraction for 3 times,each time 1.5 h.This study has provided theoretical basis for further study of the rhubarb-golden thread intragastric floating sustained-release preparation.
