贵州小型猪肾阳虚动物模型的建立 被引量:7

摘要 目的:建立贵州小型猪肾阳虚模型,为相关研究提供理想的人类疾病动物模型。方法:每天用含有1%的腺嘌呤和1%地塞米松饲料喂养贵州小型猪,连续饲喂30天,观察贵州小型猪一般情况,测每日体温,检测血清睾酮(T)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、总甲状腺素(TT4)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)的含量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组贵州小型猪表现出怕冷畏寒喜暖,体温降低,生殖减退,小便清长,蜷缩弓背,精神萎靡,消瘦等肾阳虚症状。检测指标模型组血清T含量升高,FT3、FT4、TT3、TT4明显降低,BUN、Cr升高。结论:结果符合肾阳虚生化改变和生理症状变化,说明腺嘌呤和地塞米松联用制造贵州小型猪肾阳虚模型是可行的、可靠的,可为人类肾阳虚症研究提供可靠的实验动物模型。 In order to provide ideal animal model for study of human diseases,we constructed kidney yang deficiency animal model with Guizhou miniature pigs.Guizhou miniature pigs were fed with fodder containing 1%adenine and 1%dexamethasone every day.After 30 days,the body temperature,testosterone(T),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),thyrotropin(TSH),serum total triiodothyronine(TT3),total thyroxine(TT4),urea nitrogen(BUN),and creatinine(Cr)content of the pigs were determined.Compared with the normal group,the pigs of the model group showed symptoms of kidney yang deficiency.In the model group,serum T content increased,FT3,FT4,TT3,TT4 decreased significantly,and BUN and Cr increased.The results were consistent with the biochemical changes and physiological symptoms of kidney yang deficiency,indicating that the combination of adenine and dexamethasone was feasible in the construction of kidney yang deficiency model with Guizhou miniature pigs,which could provide reliable and effective experimental animal model for subsequent kidney yang deficiency research.
