高校基层党组织是高校党建的基石。随着新媒体的出现和普及,高校基层党组织工作的开展面临着复杂多样的挑战和机遇,这就需要着力塑造高校基层党组织的工作形象。首先指出了塑造高校基层党组织的工作形象依托于新媒体的必要性。随后阐述了通过充分挖掘新媒体功能、创新工作方式、增强服务意识等途径,以切实提升高校党建工作的实效性。最后为新媒体时代下塑造高校基层党组织工作形象提供了相应建议。

The basic-level party organization is the cornerstone of party construction in colleges and universities.With the emergence and popularity of new media,the development of basic-level party organizations in colleges and universities is facing various challenges and opportunities,it needs efforts on shaping the image of basic-level party organizations in colleges and universities.This paper first discussed the necessity of shaping the image of basic-level party organizations in colleges and universities based on the new media.To improve the effectiveness of party building work in colleges and universities,it elaborated the methods of exploring new media functions,innovative work methods,and enhancing service awareness.Finally,it provided suggestions for shaping the image of basic-level party organizations in colleges and universities in the new media age.
