地方高校在新工科建设中的特点及任务的链状研究

新工科建设已在全国高校全面展开,地方高校在新工科建设中的特点及所承担的任务需要给予重视。通过研究发现其特点呈现链状关系,基础性决定了区域性,区域性导致了后发性。同时地方高校在新工科建设中的任务也呈现出了链状关系,课程系统、教师系统和学生能力三者从最初的单链关系到改革中期的单双链共存状态,再到改革后期的完全双链状态,这种双链状态又影响到地方高校在新工科建设中特点的反向链状发展,后发性使其在总结了前人的经验的基础上进行了发展,从而突破了区域限制,保障了其基础性的地位。

The construction of new disciplines has been carried out in Colleges and universities all over the country.The role of local colleges and universities in the construction of new engineering needs to be paid attention to.Through the research,we find that its role presents a chain-like relationship,which fundamentally determines the regionality,and the regionality leads to the lateness.At the same time,the tasks of local colleges and universities in the construction of new engineering also show a chain relationship.Course system,teacher system and student ability are related to the co-existence of single-chain and double-chain in the mid-term of the reform,and then to the complete double-chain state in the later stage of the reform.This double-chain state also affects the reverse chain development of the role of local colleges and universities in the construction of new engineering.Later development makes it develop on the basis of summing up the experience of predecessors,thus breaking through its regional limitations and ensuring its basic position.
