气室支架的轻量化设计及疲劳寿命研究 被引量:1

摘要 以气室支架为研究对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench分析了支架的强度和刚度,并对气室支架进行轻量化设计,去除设计过剩部位的材料。研究分析了气室支架的疲劳寿命,并设计制动系统疲劳寿命试验台对试件进行疲劳寿命测试。试验与仿真结果表明:试验数据与仿真数据误差小于5%,气室支架的设计满足主机厂的要求,并为其它支架的轻量化设计提供了参考。 The air chamber bracket is taken as the research object,and the strength and stiffness of the bracket are analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and the lightweight design of the air chamber bracket is carried out to remove the excess material of parts in the design.The fatigue life of the air chamber bracket was studied and analyzed,and the fatigue life test bench of the brake system was designed to test the fatigue life of the specimens.The test and simulation results show that the error between the test data and the simulation data is less than 5%.The design of the chamber bracket meets the requirements of the host plant and provides a reference for the lightweight design of other brackets.
