摘要
利用三维建模软件UG精确地建立了行星齿轮传动的三维模型,并在分析时进行了相应简化。选定变速器四挡工况,运用ANSYS Workbench对参与传动的P3行星齿轮机构进行静态接触分析和瞬态动力学分析,得到了齿轮啮合的最大接触应力值、轮齿变形量、最大瞬态冲击力以及冲击力稳态值,验证了设计结构强度和可靠性,并与理论结果进行对比验证了软件分析的正确性。
The three-dimensional model of planetary gear transmission is established accurately by UG,and the model is simplified correspondingly in analysis.The static contact analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the P3 planetary gear mechanism involved in transmission are carried out by using ANSYS Workbench under the four-gear condition of transmission.The maximum contact stress,tooth deformation,maximum transient impact force and steady-state impact force of gear meshing are obtained.The strength and reliability of the designed structure are verified,and the correctness of the software analysis results is verified by comparing with the theoretical results.
