摘要 某发电厂1号机运行期间,高压调节阀CV2活动试验出现卡涩现象。通过分析高压调节阀卡涩的原因,结合该厂现场的实际情况,列出了对高压调节阀卡涩现象处理过程及采取的相应防范措施,彻底解决了高压调节阀的卡涩问题。 During the operation of No.1 machine of a power plant,the jamming phenomenon of high pressure regulating valve occurred in activity test.By analyzing the causes of jamming of high-pressure regulating valve and combining with the actual situation of the plant,this paper expounds the treatment process of jamming phenomenon of high-pressure regulating valve and the corresponding preventive measures,which solves the jamming problem of high-pressure regulating valve thoroughly.
