基于混合卡尔曼滤波器的涡轴发动机模型自适应修正

摘要 针对因发动机个体性能差异和性能衰减引起的发动机模型与真实发动机之间的失配问题,提出一种基于混合卡尔曼滤波器的模型自适应修正方法。以MATLAB下封装的GasTurb模型为基础,将其输出作为卡尔曼滤波器的基准值,将发动机部件修正因子作为滤波器的增广状态变量进行估计,再将所得到的部件修正因子作为GasTurb模型输入对发动机个体性能进行计算。以涡轴发动机为应用对象,利用试验数据验证了该方法的有效性和工程实用性。 An adaptive modification method of engine model based on hybrid Kalman filter was proposed to decrease the mismatch between the real engine and the engine model caused by individual differences and performance degradation.The output of GasTurb model in MATLAB was regarded as the basic parameters of Kalman filter,while its component modified parameters were regarded as the augmented state vector for estimation.The estimated modified component parameters were used as the input of GasTurb model to calculate the individual performance of the engine.The method was applied to a turboshaft engine as an example.The experimental data and calculation results verified the validity and practicability of the method.
