摘要 为了满足液压系统对流量控制的高精度要求,设计一种具有压力和温度电反馈补偿的流量控制阀。该阀可采用手动和数字信号两种控制方式,利用超磁致伸缩驱动器对流量阀进行压力和温度补偿,能够消除由于压力和温度的变化引起的输出流量的波动,从而提高控制精度。通过结构和原理分析,认为该方案能够弥补现有流量阀压力和温度补偿方法存在的精度低和压力损失大等缺点,在技术上是可行的。 In order to meet the high precision requirement of flow control in hydraulic system,a flow control valve with pressure and tempera-ture electric feedback compensation was designed.The valve could be controlled by manual and digital signal control methods.Giant magnetostrictive actuator was used to make pressure and temperature compensation for the flow control valve,to eliminate output flow fluctuation caused by the change of pressure and temperature,so as to improve control accuracy.By the analysis of the structure and principle,the designed scheme can make up the defects of existing flow valve pressure and temperature compensation method,such as low precision,large pressure loss.So it is technically feasible.
