风力机变桨电机无速度传感器控制系统研究

摘要 随着风电机组功率等级的增加,变速变桨发电机组已成为风力发电技术发展的主流。为进一步提高变桨距风力机运行的稳定性和不断优化输出功率,解决变桨电机转速传感器易受外部环境影响致使系统可靠性严重降低等问题,提出将发电机转速变化情况作为变桨距执行机构工作的判断标准,进一步提出了变桨电机无传感器矢量控制策略,设计了一种模型参考自适应(MRAS)转速辨识器,用于变桨电机无传感矢量控制系统的转速辨识。仿真实验表明,提出的变桨电机无传感器矢量控制策略能够达到设计的预期目标,为其在实际风场的应用提供了理论基础。 With the increase of wind turbine power rating,variable-speed variable-pitch(VSVP)wind turbine has become the mainstream of wind power generation technology. In order to further improve the VSVP wind turbine′s stability,optimize its output power continuously,and to solve the problem that speed sensor of pitch drive motor is easily affected by external environment which reduce the system reliability,the generator speed change was taken as the judging standard of variable-pitch executing agency,and then sensorless vector control strategy of the pitch drive motor was further proposed. A model reference adaptive system(MRAS)speed identification was designed for speed identification of pitch motor sensorless vector control system. The simulation results show that the sensorless vector control strategy of the pitch motor proposed can achieve expected design goals and provide a theoretical basis for its application in actual wind field.
