我国现代医院管理实践理论转化的思路探析

Analysis of the Transformation of Modern Hospital Management Practice and Theory in China

当前医院管理从国家、地区到科室层面开展诸多创新实践,但实践的理论凝练却严重缺乏,阻碍了医院管理改革推进。通过分析当前医院管理实践的理论转化困境,对实践的理论转化选题的普遍性、理论性、政策性及可推广性进行探讨。在寻找医院管理实践共性的基础上,通过理论支撑、政策转化、沟通协作,达到实践的理论转化和推广。最后提出加强智库建设、强化医院与高校多方协作等措施,以促进当前医院管理理论转化。

At present,hospital management carries out many innovative practices from the national,regional to departmental level,but the theoretical conciseness of practice is seriously lacking,which hinders the promotion of hospital management reform. The paper analyzes the current dilemma of the theory transformation of hospital management practice,and discusses the universality,theory,policy and promotion of the theoretical conversion topic. On the basis of finding the commonality of hospital management practice,through theoretical support,policy transformation,communication and cooperation,the theoretical transformation and promotion of practice is achieved. Finally,it is suggested to strengthen the construction of think tanks and strengthen the multi-party cooperation of hospitals and universities to promote the theoretical transformation of current hospital management practice.
