The implementation of payment by disease score reduces the accuracy of traditional project superposition method in predicting hospital income and expenditure. In order to actively respond to the reform of medical insurance payment mode,the budget management of public hospitals should also be reformed and innovated with the times. The paper analyzes the impact of payment by disease score on the budget preparation,implementation and assessment of public hospitals,and puts forward specific measures to improve budget preparation methods,strengthen cost control and improve medical insurance settlement management,so as to provide reference for public hospitals to do a good job in budget management in the new period.
