In the face of the current situation of unbalanced distribution of medical resources in Weifang City and the weak primary TCM service capability, Weifang Traditional Chinese Hospital takes the lead in establishing the medical treatment alliance of traditional Chinese Medicine,gives full play to their advantages of talent,technology and scientific research,takes integrated development of traditional Chinese medicine as the main line,to train a talent team,to build a discipline brand,to cultivate an TCM industry,to popularize one kind of TCM culture. In this way,"Weifang Model"of medical treatment alliance has improved the primary TCM service capability,and achieved remarkable results.
