摘要
对比短切玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维、聚丙烯纤维的长度规格、掺量对磷建筑石膏工作性能的影响规律,并对影响机理做出了初步的解释。结果表明:短切玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维的掺入会明显降低磷建筑石膏净浆流动度,短切聚丙烯纤维对流动度影响相对较小;短切玄武岩纤维和玻璃纤维的掺入会明显缩短磷建筑石膏的凝结时间,短切聚丙烯纤维对凝结时间影响相对较小。
The effects of length specifications and dosage of chopped basalt fiber,glass fiber and polypropylene fiber on the working performance of phosphorus building gypsum were compared,and the influence mechanism was explained.The results show that the blending of chopped basalt fiber and glass fiber can significantly reduce the flow of phosphorus in building gypsum.The effect of chopped polypropylene fiber on the fluidity is relatively small.The incorporation of chopped basalt fiber and glass fiber will be significantly shortened setting time of building plaster phosphorus.The chopped polypropylene fibers relatively small impact on the setting time.
