摘要
为提高工业废弃物粉煤灰材料的综合利用率,尝试将高钙粉煤灰掺入到水泥土中,研究高钙粉煤灰对水泥土材料性能的影响及其强度形成机理。通过设计正交试验和激发试验,水泥土中掺加入一定量的高钙粉煤灰及激发剂后,可以明显提高水泥土材料的早期强度,这为高钙粉煤灰在工程上的应用提供技术支撑,也是对粉煤灰材料的工程应用理论体系补充与完善。
In order to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of industrial waste fly ash,attempts to mix high calcium fly ash into cement soil,study the influence of high calcium fly ash on the properties of cement and soil and the formation mechanism of cement and soil strength.By designing orthogonal tests and activated tests,the early strength of cement and soil materials can be significantly improved by adding a certain amount of calcium fly ash and activator,which provides technical support for the application of high calcium fly ash in engineering.It is also a supplement and improvement to the engineering application theory system of fly ash materials.
