摘要
针对混凝土结构耐久性评估中的诸多不确定性因素难以精确描述的特点,使用基于云模型的模糊综合评估法,对新生产的机制砂T梁混凝土耐久性进行评估。选取原材料、配合比、施工与养护、工作性能与强度、环境因素5个一级指标,26个二级指标构建耐久性评估指标体系。通过Matlab将标准云模型和综合云模型仿真显示进行比较,确定评估对象的耐久性等级。结果显示综合云模型云滴大部分介于"优异"与"良好"之间,结构耐久性良好。施工与养护指标云数字特征期望值最小,是影响结构耐久性的薄弱因素,需首先采取措施。原材料指标权重最大,是主导因素,需要重点控制。基于云模型的模糊综合评估法为混凝土结构耐久性评估提供一条新途径,为其质量控制和寿命估计提供参考。
Many uncertain factors in durability evaluation of concrete structures were difficult to accurately describe.The durability of newly manufactured machine-made sand T-beam concrete was evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model.Five first-level indicators,including raw materials,mix ratio,construction and maintenance,working performance and strength,environmental factors,and 26 second-level indicators,were selected to construct the durability evaluation index system.The durability of the evaluation object was determined by comparing the simulation display of standard cloud model and integrated cloud model with the operation of Matlab.The results show that most of the cloud droplets in the integrated cloud model are between"excellent"and"good".Structural durability is good.Construction and maintenance index cloud digital characteristic expectation value is the smallest,which is a weak factor,and measures should be taken first.Raw material index weights the largest,it’s the leading factor,the quality of it needs to be controlled.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on cloud model provides a new way for durability evaluation of concrete structures,and provides references for quality control and life estimation.
