摘要
台湾岛内高龄少子化的现况,让许多台湾大专校院缩减教师缺额,遇缺不补,未来台湾岛内高校也必须走向整并以因应学生人数的改变。惠台31条政策的推出为台籍教师西进大陆任教创造极佳的工作保障条件,让台籍教师毕业后选择赴大陆任教成为不可逆的趋势。本文拟分析台湾高等教育人才往大陆迁移之时代动因、大陆惠台政策的吸引力,为台籍教师融入造就了有利条件,让更多台湾青年与大陆的关系从“个体”走向“命运共同体”。但另一方面,我们也不能忽视台湾高教人才在西进过程中产生的适应问题、认同分歧等融入困难之因素,本文亦会于文中作分析及探讨。
The current condition of aging population and declining birth rate in Taiwan caused most Taiwan colleges and universities to reduce the teaching jobs,or just stop hiring faculty.Universities and colleges in Taiwan must take adjustment to cope with the problem of freshmen’s decreasing numbers in the future.The announcement of China’s 31 incentives for Taiwan attracted Taiwan Residents teachers choosing to work westward after completing their academic degrees;with beneficial working conditions and job security,teaching in China's Mainland has become an irreversible trend.This study aimed to analyze the motivation of Taiwan Residents elites in the realm of higher education migrating westward in the present circumstance.With the attraction of Chinese Mainland’s favor-granting policies,China's Mainland has created advantages for Taiwan Residents scholars to integrate into the surrounding.With the attraction and the policies,more and more young Taiwan Residents are closely tied with China's Mainland,which is switching the cross-strait relationship from“individual”to“community”.Nevertheless,on the other hand,we can’t ignore the problems existing in the integrating process,such as difficult adoption and different identification of Taiwan Residents higher education elites who migrated westward;the study will analyze and investigate these issues as well.
