“一带一路”倡议下中国出版企业投资印度的机遇与策略 被引量:4

摘要 印度是“一带一路”的重要国家,加强两国间出版产业的合作交流有利于促进彼此的“民心相通”。近年来,中印两国之间的图书贸易规模维持在六七百万美元水准,且存在巨大的贸易逆差;版权贸易和合作交流日渐频繁,形式日趋多样。然而,与印度出版市场孕育的投资机遇相比,中国出版企业对印投资还有很大的发展空间。中国出版企业应积极探索多平台联动机制,以价值链构建思路,扩大对印投资规模,拓展投资范围。同时,要全面评估对印投资风险,做好风险防范。 India is an important country of the Belt and Road.Strengthening the cooperation between the publishing industry of the two countries is conducive to promoting the“people-to-people bond”between the two countries.In recent years,the scale of book trade between China and India maintains at the level of 6 or 7 million us dollars,and there is a huge trade deficit.Copyright trade and cooperation are increasingly frequent and diverse.However,compared with the investment opportunities in the Indian publishing market,there is still a lot of room for Chinese publishing enterprises to invest in India.Chinese publishing enterprises should actively explore multi-platform linkage mechanism and adopt the idea of value chain construction,to expand the scale and scope of investment in India.At the same time,Chinese publishing enterprises should comprehensively evaluate the risk of investment in India and take precautions against the risk.
