摘要
目的 本研究运用超声心动图技术对7所空军青少年航空学校学生抗荷训练后心脏各参数进行测量分析,客观 评估抗荷训练对心脏功能提升的影响。方法 选取7所青少年航空学校学生共817人包括高一组(A组)、高三组(B组),在参 加定选的普通学校高三学生中随机选取153名学生作为对照组(C组),均为男性。分别测量3组学生的身高、体质量、心脏功 能参数,计算体表面积、左室心肌重量(left ventricular mass,LVM)、单位LVM:包括体表面积的左室心肌重量(LVM/A), 单位身高的左室心肌重量(LVM/H)、单位体质量的左室心肌重量(LVM/W),并进行统计学分析。结果 3组学生的身高及 室间隔舒张末期厚度(interventricular septal depth,IVSd)各组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter,LVIDd)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)C组与A、B组 学生差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。左室后壁舒张末期厚度(left ventricular posterior wall depth,LVPWd)B组与A、C组学 生差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组与C组学生的LVM、LVM/A、LVM/H、LVM/W 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。每搏输 出量(stroke volume,SV)各组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 空军青少年航空学校学生经过抗荷训练后其左室 壁厚度及左室心肌重量得到了有效提升。
Objective To measure and analyze the cardiac parameters of students in seven teenager aviation schools by means of echocardiography after anti-load training so as to evaluate the effect of anti-load training on cardiac function improvement.Methods A total of 817 students from 7 teenager aviation schools were selected,including the untrained group(group A)in the first year of senior high school and the anti-load training group(group B)in the third year of senior high school,while another 153 graduating students from the selected ordinary schools were selected as the control group(group C),all of whom were males.The height,weight,and heart function parameters were measured,while the surface area,left ventricular myocardial mass(LVM),LVM/A,LVM/H,and LVM/W were calculated and statistically analyzed.Results The inter ventricular septum end-diastolic thickness(IVSd)of the three groups of studentswere significantly different(P<0.05).There were significant differences in left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter(LVIDd)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)between group C and group A and B(P<0.05).Left ventricular posterior wall enddiastolic thickness(LVPWd)in group B was significantly different from that of group A and C(P<0.05).There were significant differences in LVM,LVM/A,LVM/H and LVM/W between group B and group C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in stroke volume(SV)between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The left ventricular wall thickness and left ventricular myocardial weight of teenager aviation school students can be effectively improved after antiload training.
