不同温度处理条件下赤拟谷盗成虫的扩散行为

Diffusion Behavior of Adults of Tribolium castaneum Released at Different Temperatures

为利用高温有效防治赤拟谷盗,研究了赤拟谷盗成虫在不同温度下被释放后的扩散行为。研究结果表明:25~30℃赤拟谷盗成虫活动无明显方向性,大多聚集在释放点活动;40℃赤拟谷盗成虫在不同区域的数量分布无显著差异;45℃赤拟谷盗成虫在不同区域的数量分布差异显著;50℃赤拟谷盗成虫在释放点几乎丧失方向感,很快处于热休克状态;55℃赤拟谷盗成虫在释放点原地打转,并很快死亡。40~50℃赤拟谷盗成虫的最大扩散速率为127.43 cm/min。

The diffusion behavior of adults of Tribolium castaneum released at different temperature conditions was investigated.The results showed that there was no obvious diffusion direction,and most of the adults preferred to stay at the release point at 25 to 30℃.The number of T.castaneum adults distributed in different regions had no significant difference when released at 40℃.The number of T.castaneum adults distributed in different regions was significantly different when released at 45℃.The T.castaneum adults quickly lost their sense of direction at the release point,and soon became heat shock when released at 50℃.The adults of T.castaneum rotated in situ at the release point and quickly died when released at 55℃.The maximum diffusion rate of adults was 127.43 cm/min at 40 to 50℃.The present results provided a reliable basis for effective control of T.castaneum by heat treatment.
