水泥熟料堆积体强制对流换热系数实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 在水泥熟料堆积体换热规律的研究中,其强制对流换热系数是重要参数之一,针对目前没有关于篦冷机内水泥熟料堆积体的强制对流换热关联式的现状,通过实验获得了适用于水泥熟料堆积体的强制对流换热系数。首先,通过渗透率实验得到了能够有效表征水泥熟料堆积体宏观物理特性的最小单元体--体特征元,由此确定了换热实验料筐尺寸;然后,基于自主设计的对流换热实验装置,通过测量水泥熟料颗粒温度及出入口空气温度,根据能量守恒定律及牛顿冷却公式分析得到水泥熟料堆积体的强制对流换热系数为19. 13 W·m-2·K-1。 The forced convection heat transfer coefficient is one of the important parameters in the study of heat transfer law of cement clinker accumulation. In view of the fact that there is no correlation for forced convection heat transfer of cement clinker accumulation body in grate cooler at present,more accurate forced convection heat transfer coefficient of cement clinker accumulation were obtained based on the experiment. Firstly,through the permeability experiment,the minimum unit which can effectively characterize the macro-physical properties of cement clinker accumulator was obtained,and the size of heat transfer experiment basket was determined. Then,based on the self-designed convective heat transfer experimental device,the temperature of cement clinker particles and the air temperature at the entrance and exit were measured. According to the law of conservation of energy and Newton’s cooling formula,the forced convective heat transfer coefficient of cement clinker stack is 19. 13 W·m-2·K-1.
