摘要
以环氧树脂E20和亚麻油酸,制得中间体环氧脂(PGE);以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)、苯乙烯为单体,以二乙二醇丁醚和丙二醇甲醚为分散体系,制得丙烯酸酯大分子表面活性剂(PAE),用PAE乳化中间体PGE制得环氧脂PGE-PAE复合乳液。讨论了中间体PAE中分散体系含量对漆膜表干时间和黏度的影响;PGE与PAE质量比对乳液粒径、漆膜物理性能及漆膜防腐性能、耐热性能的影响。结果表明制PGE-PAE复合乳液最佳配比:PAE中分散体系含量为20%,PGE与PAE质量比为2∶1;PGE-PAE-c复合乳液平均粒径为282. 0 nm,PDI为0. 048;可在水中无限分散,稳定存放6个月以上;漆膜表干时间小于2 h,硬度为2H,附着力为0级,防腐性能可达72 h以上;胶膜在SEM和AFM观察下平整致密。
Intermediate epoxy resin( PGE) was prepared from epoxy resin E20 and linoleic acid;methyl methacrylate( MMA),butyl methacrylate( BMA),methacrylic acid( MAA),acrylic acid Hydroxypropyl ester( HPA),styrene as monomer,diethylene glycol butyl ether and propylene glycol methyl ether as dispersion system to prepare acrylate macromolecular surfactant( PAE),made with PAE emulsified intermediate PGE Oxygen ester PGE-PAE composite emulsion. The effects of the content of dispersion in the intermediate PAE on the dry time and viscosity of the paint film were discussed. The effect of PGE to PAE quality ratio on the particle size of the emulsion,the physical properties of the film and the anticorrosion and heat resistance of the film. The results showed that the optimum ratio of PGE-PAE composite emulsion is 20% in PAE and 2∶ 1 in PGE and PAE. The average particle size of PGE-PAE-c composite emulsion is 282. 0 nm and PDI is 0. 048. It can be infinitely dispersed in water and stored stably for more than 6 months;the dry time of paint film is less than 2 h,the hardness is 2 H,the adhesion is 0,and the anti-corrosion performance can reach above 72 h;the film is flat and dense under SEM and AFM observation.
