摘要
针对车辆装备服役环境特点,研究了某型车辆车门在深水压力作用驾驶车门的密封性。首先根据车门几何特点建立有限元建模,对于密封条模型,为了求解的收敛性,采用高效的分段建模方法,然后采用CAE软件对其进行了有限元非线性分析,得到了车门及橡胶密封条变形和应力值。研究结果表明:在车门顶部水压较小的地方,橡胶的密封性受水压影响较小,而在车门底部,水压较大的地方,接触状态变化明显,对密封性影响较大。该研究结果可作为密封条产品设计的参考依据,并为后续研发人员开发车门密封系统提供了一定的帮助。
According to the characteristics of the service environment of vehicle equipment,the sealing performance of the door of a certain type of vehicle under the action of deep water pressure was studied. Firstly,the finite element modeling was established according to the geometric characteristics of the door. For the sealing strip model,an efficient segmentation modeling method was adopted for the convergence of the solution,and then the finite element nonlinear analysis was carried out by CAE software to obtain the deformation and stress values of the door and rubber weather strip. The research results show that in the place where the water pressure is small at the top of the door,the sealing performance of the rubber is less affected by the water pressure,and in the bottom of the door,where the water pressure is large,the contact state changes obviously,which has a great influence on the sealing property. The research results can be used as a reference for the design of sealing strip products,and provide some help for subsequent research and development personnel to develop the door sealing system.
