摘要
在小型固定流化床实验装置上,以γ-Al 2O 3为吸附剂、吸附温度为200℃时,研究了H 2O对γ-Al 2O 3吸附SO 2和NO性能的影响;通过XRD和NH 3-TPD等表征手段,对吸附反应前后的吸附剂样品进行表征。结果表明:无论是无氧或者有氧条件,H 2O均不利于SO 2在γ-Al 2O 3上的吸附,相比于H 2O体积分数为0%,H 2O体积分数为10%时,γ-Al 2O 3对SO 2高吸附效率的时间从20 min缩减至12 min,H 2O的体积分数越高抑制作用越明显;H 2O对于NO单独吸附的影响并不明显;SO 2和O 2同时存在可以促进NO在γ-Al 2O 3表面的吸附,H 2O对γ-Al 2O 3同时吸附SO 2和NO的性能存在抑制作用。
The effect of H 2O on the adsorption of SO 2 and NO onγ-Al 2O 3 was studied in a small fixed fluidized bed reactor at 200℃.XRD,BET and NH 3-TPD were used to characterize the adsorbent samples before and after the adsorption reaction.The results show that H 2O is not conducive to the adsorption of SO 2 onγ-Al 2O 3 under both anaerobic and aerobic conditions.When the volume fraction of H 2O increases to 10%,the effective removal time of SO 2 is reduced from 20 min to 12 min,and the inhibition is more obvious with the increase of H 2O volume fraction.The effect of H 2O on the adsorption of NO is not obvious,the simultaneous presence of SO 2 and O 2 promotes the adsorption of NO and H 2O inhibits the simultaneous adsorption of SO 2 and NO onγ-Al 2O 3.
