摘要
在简要分析乙烯氧化制环氧乙烷(EO)热力学和1,2-二氯乙烷热裂解机理的基础上,深入分析了1,2-二氯乙烷在EO生产过程中的作用,并根据Ag与1,2-二氯乙烷反应生成AgCl的事实,分析了Ag与1,2-二氯乙烷反应生成AgCl的热力学。结果表明,在反应温度298~600 K条件下,Ag与1,2-二氯乙烷的反应为吸热反应;当反应温度达到381.94 K时,该反应的ΔG=0;随着反应温度的升高,反应的ΔG<0,1,2-二氯乙烷与Ag的反应具有了自发进行的趋势,并生成少量AgCl。
Based on thermodynamic analysis of ethylene oxidation to ethylene oxide(EO)reaction process and the mechanism of dichloroethane pyrolysis,the role of 1,2-dichloroethane in EO production process was studied.Silver chloride can be formed due to the reaction between silver and 1,2-dichloroethane in EO production.Reaction thermodynamics of the above reaction process was discussed in this work.Thermodynamic calculation indicates that,at the temperature of 298-600 K,the reaction is endothermic.When the reaction temperature reaches 381.94 K,ΔG is equal to zero.If reaction temperature goes up further,ΔG is less than zero and the reaction is spontaneous,and thus small amount of silver chloride can be formed.
