摘要 在海域人工岛上进行超深沉井下沉施工时,如何穿越填土以及海域复杂土层遂成为沉井下沉施工最大的难题。基于广西北海市铁山港区污水处理厂尾水排海管工程(海域段)实际,对复杂地质条件下的超深沉井下沉控制技术进行了专项研究。在沉井下沉前,通过对下沉系数进行验算和沉降计算等,预先分析和确立了合理的下沉系数和接高方式,并在下沉中确定了合理的助沉、纠偏方案,保证了下沉姿态,从而使工程得以顺利实施。 During the construction of the ultra-deep caisson on the artificial island in the sea area,how to solve the problems caused by the caisson crossing the filled earth and complex soil layers in the sea area has been the most difficult problem,a special study on the control technology of the ultra-deep caisson under complex geological conditions was carried out based on the practice of the waste water discharging pipe project(sea area)of the sewage treatment plant in Tieshan Port District,Beihai City,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Before caisson sinking,through checking the sinking coefficient and calculating the settlement,the reasonable sinking coefficient and heightening methods were analyzed and established in advance,and a reasonable aided-sinking and deviation rectification scheme in the sinking process was determined to ensure the proper sinking attitude so that the project can be implemented smoothly.
