摘要
结合工程实际,针对倾斜角度大、钢筋密集的薄壁斜墙现浇施工难题,以BIM技术辅助,继而从优化自密实混凝土配合比、在上模板开设排气孔、采用35型振捣棒辅助振捣等方面,制订了相应的施工操作要点,最终取得了良好的实施效果,可为类似工程参考借鉴。
Combined with the engineering practice,in view of in-site casting construction difficulty of the thin-wall inclined wall with large inclination angle and dense rebars,assisted with BIM technology,and from optimizing the mix ratio of the self-compacting concrete,setting exhaust vents on upper formwork,adopting 35 type vibrating rod for auxiliary vibration,etc.,the corresponding construction operation points are established and finally good results are obtained,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
