以合肥市第一人民医院综合楼工程需在地下室顶板上采用大吨位起重机直接吊装超重钢箱梁构件的施工为例,通过有限元分析计算,对在地下室顶板上的吊车行走及吊装施工过程进行了分阶段应力应变分析,制订了相对应的技术措施,从而确保了施工安全。详细介绍了超重箱梁吊装施工的操作要点,可为类似工程施工提供参考。
Taking the construction of directly lifting overweight steel box girder by large-tonnage crane on the basement roof in the comprehensive building of Hefei First People's Hospital as an example,through finite element analysis and calculation,the stress-strain analysis of crane walking and lifting on the basement roof is carried out in stages,the corresponding technical measurements are formulated so as to ensure the construction safety.At the same time,the operation points of lifting construction of overweight box girder are introduced in detail,which can provide experience for similar projects.
