摘要
为有效解决超长采光顶在高空安装时的操作平台搭设困难问题,根据华为杭州生产基地改扩建项目的建筑结构特点,设计了一种悬挂轨道式钢台车系统,即利用采光顶两侧的结构梁作为受力构件,设置钢台车的移动轨道和车体操作平台。通过钢台车的移动,为采光顶安装提供安全的操作面,不仅提高了采光顶安装效率,也大量减少了周转材料的投入和损耗,取得了良好的实施效果。
In order to effectively solve the difficulty in erecting the operating platform for super-long lighting roof at high altitude,according to the building structural characteristics of the reconstruction and expansion project of Huawei Hangzhou Production Base,a suspension track type steel trolley system is designed,which uses the structural beams on both sides of the lighting roof as stress components to set up the moving track and the operation platform of the steel trolley.Through the movement of steel trolley,the safe operation surface for lighting roof installation is provided,which not only improves the installation efficiency of lighting roof,but also greatly reduces the input and loss of the turnover materials and achieves excellent implementation effects.
