剧院冷冻机房机电系统模块化施工初探

Preliminary Study on Modular Construction of Mechanical and Electrical System in Theater Refrigeration Room

以某歌剧院冷冻机房的施工为例,对其机电模块化施工过程中的BIM应用、预制加工、整体组装与吊装等施工工艺进行了介绍。并从模型建立、整体安装工序等方面对如何消除各模块的安装误差进行了分析,验证了应用效果,其经验可为类似工程提供参考。

Taking the construction of a refrigeration room in an opera house as an example,this paper introduces the construction process using BIM application,prefabrication,integral assembly and hoisting.The approach to eliminate the installation error of each module is analyzed from the aspects of model establishment and overall installation procedure,and the application effect is verified.The experience can be used as a reference for similar projects.
