基于泵送混凝土润滑层流变学影响的仿真分析研究

摘要 以上海中心大厦工程的泵送混凝土施工为背景,通过Gambit(流体力学模拟基础软件)建立不同的混凝土流体模型,对比分析了混凝土润滑层对泵送压力损失的影响,并将仿真计算结果与实际工程中的泵送压力数据进行对比,得出了考虑润滑层的仿真结果更加接近工程实际的结论,为混凝土泵送压力损失计算提供了科学依据。 Taking the pumping concrete construction of Shanghai Tower project as the background,through establishing different concrete fluid models by Gambit(fluid mechanics simulation fundamental software),the influence of concrete lubrication layer on pumping pressure loss is compared and analyzed,and furthermore,the simulation results are compared with the data of pumping pressure in actual project.It is concluded that the simulation results considering the lubrication layer are closer to the actual engineering practice,which can provide a scientific basis for the calculation of concrete pumping pressure loss.
