With the in-depth application of information Internet and Internet of things,BIM+and smart construction site system have become important means for construction enterprises to improve the level of project management.Combined with the practice of Shanghai Senlan Star River project,the new methods and new ideas of BIM+Smart construction site system in project management are discussed.By adopting BIM+Smart construction site system,the multi-party collaborative management of the construction site is realized,which improves the project management level of engineering general contracting,shortens the construction period,reduces the production cost and brings considerable social and economic benefits.
