SBAR转运交接模式对血液透析中心护理质量的影响 被引量：13

The effect of SBAR transfer mode on the nursing quality of hemodialysis cente

摘要 目的探讨SBAR交接模式对血液透析中心护理质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月1日-2016年12月31日在我院住院的158例患者(共计526例次血液透析)为对照组,采取常规护理交班模式;选取2017年1月1日-2018年12月31日在我院住院的158例患者(共计526例次血液透析)为观察组。观察组使用基于SBAR交接模型设计"血液透析治疗患者SBAR交接单",采用SBAR护理交班模式。比较两组患者血液透析治疗前后护理交接班质量、护理不良事件发生率、交接班时间、护士交接班的满意度。结果观察组交接班质量与交接班满意度均高于对照组,而不良事件发生率、交接班时间和患者投诉率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SBAR交班模式不仅规范了血液透析患者治疗前后护理书写记录,而且有效保障了患者的安全,可以提升血液透析患者透析治疗前后护理交接班质量,降低因交接不清引起的护理不良事件发生率,缩短交接班时间,从而提高医护患三方满意度。
