卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂的基础上给予生脉饮治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌术后的近期临床疗效

Short-term curative effect of Ciprofloxacin + Oxaliplatin combined with Shengmaiyin on Ⅱ/Ⅲ rectal cancer patients

目的:采用卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂的基础上给予生脉饮对Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌根治术后治疗,评估治疗后的近期临床疗效及其对免疫功能的影响,记录治疗中的不良反应。方法:收集计划采取手术治疗的Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌患者120例(2011年2月~2018年2月),按照入组先后分为对照组(n=60)与观察组(n=60)。对照组患者给予三维适型放疗+卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂化疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予生脉饮注射液,两组患者均进行为期5周治疗。治疗结束后比较两组患者的近期临床疗效、免疫学指标(细胞免疫、体液免疫),记录治疗过程中出现的不良反应(消化道不良反应)。结果:近期临床疗效比较,观察组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者细胞免疫、体液免疫指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗过程中均出现骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐等不良反应。结论:采用卡培他滨联合奥沙利铂的基础上给予生脉饮对Ⅱ、Ⅲ期直肠癌患者根治术后治疗能很好的改善患者的免疫功能,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the short-term clinical efficacy of ciprofloxacin+oxaliplatin combined with Shengmaiyin onⅡ/Ⅲrectal cancer patients.Methods:A total of 120Ⅱ/Ⅲrectal cancer patients that planning for surgical treatment from Feb 2011 to Feb 2018,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,every group include 60 patients.The control group were given ciprofloxacin+oxaliplatin,and the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,observation group were given Shengmaiyin,treatment for 1 month,then assessed the clinical efficacy,the immunity index(cellular immunity and humoral immunity),and record the adverse reaction.Results:After treatment,short term clinical efficacy in observation group significantly better than the control group but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the immunity index(cellular immunity and humoral immunity)in the two groups were better than before treatment,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the observation group were better than control group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).During the treatment,reducing leucocyte and platelet,nausea,vomit,etc were appearring in both groups,the clinical in the observation group was better than control group(94.00%vs 90.91%),but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions:Using the ciprofloxacin+oxaliplatin combined with Shengmaiyin onⅡ/Ⅲrectal cancer patients treatment can improve the immunidy function and short-term clinical efficacy.
